Self Discovery ....

Wanting to try coaching, but not sure what to expect? Here's what one of our clients has to say... I found my first session helpful as it was a bit of a self discovery lesson. I had to write down things that I valued about myself which I don't like doing or even like talking about myself. I found that asking someone else what they saw in me was a lot easier and they saw qualities in me that I didn't. I found this quite emotional knowing that I wasn't useless and I actually have a purpose to many. In the following weeks I had several "tasks" to complete, including, writing down my core values, learning anchoring and 5,4,3,2,1 techniques. I have found different phrases to help in some situations such as "is this way I'm feeling of any use to me" also " don't give certain people (who aren't helping me) a seat at my table.
